Responsible for a wide variety of administrative, coordination and managerial duties related to all aspects of furnished housing. This includes housing assignments; inbound/outbound housing requirements; coordinating facilities/furnishings and maintenance.
Assists in the daily operations, organization, and accountability control and housekeeping functions of the Housing office
Receives and processes all work orders for company provided apartments
Performs pre-occupation checks and pre-clearing checks on all apartments, ensuring apartments are up to the standards set by Amentum
Prepares and prints out property hand receipts and keeps an updated list of all HR on file with renewal dates needed
Maintains strict key control of all company provided apartments
Escorts all maintenance workers to apartments to perform work orders
Meets/greets new arrivals and escorts the new personnel to their apartments.
Must be available 24 hours a day for any emergencies that may arise
Enforces standards for a secure environment for the protection of personnel, property and information
