Spare Parts Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, expenses and inventory each month to maintain profit goals; analyze current inventory, spot-checking to ensure that actual inventory coincides with computerized inventory, checking on back orders, etc.
• Maintain and manage the parts inventory for better forecasting.
• Negotiate, interact and manage relationships with parts vendors, and handle customer requests and complaints.
• Monitors the parts merchandise & inventory to anticipate parts needs in light of future promotions, new model years, trends, and suggested stock orders.
• Works with retail and wholesale customers in considering credit applications, handling complaints, and negotiating prices to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Takes responsibility of personnel training, warranty applications, management of used parts under warranty, safety and 5S of the spare parts area.
• Supervise, monitor and support daily warehouse activities for receiving and shipping spare parts products.
• Ensure all stocked parts are having labels with Article numbers & Description for better organization.
