Role:
Role Responsibilities :
Engaging and motivating team by regular 1x1
Create opportunities for team to enhance their skills (training plans, growth plans etc)
Creating, owning and adopting new engineering practices; enhancing software development methodologies
Working closely with the predict managers and architects to continuously focus on performance and scalability of the product
Continuous engagement with product teams to ensure team capacity to support ongoing roadmap items, either by upskilling of existing resources or hiring from outside
Align with the product team for quarterly deliveries, balancing tech debt with roadmap items
Improve and enhance product delivery by removing any frictions or by suggesting process improvements
Own delivery for major tech/ product initiatives, coordinate proactively with key stakeholders
Performance review of the entire dev team including on quarterly/ yearly basis and provide ongoing feedback for improvements
Requirements :
10+ years of total IT experience, demonstrable interest in working for Tec4Dev technologies
Proven experience in building and managing engineering teams
Extremely good communication and interpersonal skills
Deep knowledge and understanding of engineering processes and development methodologies such as Scrum, also tools similar to Trello, Linear, Notion, etc
Good experience in working with technologies such as Nodejs, Mongodb, Reactjs, Redux
Knowledge of DevOps and cloud platform such as AWS is a plus
