This is a remote position.
- sharp focus on CSR giving in India - build deep relationships with CSR decision makers and provide services for grant management, program management, impact reporting and CSR advisory. A 15 member India based team is executing this strategy.
- grow workplace giving and UHNI giving from the US to India - we recently entered into a strategic partnership with Indiaspora in the US, a 3 member US based team is setting up this vertical, using Give s expertise and Indiaspora s network.
- a comprehensive tech platform to enable better decision making for institutional giving - Give has a market leading SaaS platform for managing CSR giving that serves 75+ organizations. This platform, combined with our services, has enabled us to become an end to end partner for give grants .

At Give, we are looking for top talent for our engineering team - lead front-end engineers who want to solve complex problems, continually learn, and most importantly, make a real impact in the lives of others. We are looking for an experienced and motivated development professional to be an integral part of its core engineering team. As a Lead Front-end Engineer, you must be able to troubleshoot application issues, design and implement software solutions, collaborate with other engineering and product team members to improve the existing applications and develop new software applications/features/modules.
Responsibilities :
This is a highly accountable role and the candidate must meet the following professional expectations.
Develop a deep understanding of the start-up ecosystem.
Build customer facing technology products for global customers.
Own the Product's frontend development, building reusable, testable, and scalable code.
Research, evaluate, analyse and implement technical requirements.
Collaborate with product management teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
Individual Contributor. Enjoy writing the code.
Mentor Junior members of the team
Requirements:
7+ years of experience building scalable products, distributed applications product/services.
Min 5+ years of experience working on ReactJs.
Knowledge on everything related to front-end development and UI Developement.
Good to have knowledge of NextJs or server-side rendering.
Understanding of developing responsive UI with experience in working on CSS/any CSSs based frameworks like Bootstrap, Tailwind.
Excellent coding and problem-solving skills and ability to produce high quality, bug-free and testable production-grade code.
Ability to own end-to-end deliveries, right from requirements till release.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
Ability to mentor junior members of the team.
Ability to review code and continuously push for higher standards of development.
