Job Description :

Roles & Responsibilities (essential functions and responsibilities of the job):

• Planning and Forecasting
• Understand the business strategies and the assumptions built within the Corporate/ Long-term plan
• Collate submissions from business owners into the budget model and validate the numbers
• Understand and challenge the assumptions within the submissions and ensure they align with the corporate plan
• Preparation and presentation of budget summaries to the Managers and Finance Controllers
• Collation and validation of monthly forecast submission by the business
• Monthly movement analysis and commentary.
• Presentation of forecast numbers to the business.

Knowledge Preferred:

• Desire to get into the details. Strong presentation skills
• FP&A experience gained within established businesses, ideally within the Service Industry or Big 4s.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of planning and performance processes, including annual budget, monthly forecast and periodic business reviews.
• Team orientated, a "can do" attitude and flexible approach.
• Enthusiasm for solving problems and working collaboratively.
• Work experience with mid-size to large companies with high growth preferred.
• Independent/Self-starter with high attention to detail.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting, controlling and finance operations.

Education and Experience:

Essential:

CA / Finance graduates with 6 to 9 years of post-qualification experience.
