Geriatric Nurse Practitioner

This is a remote position.

A Carenodes group, has partnered with the Mayo Clinic to care for patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). We are in search of a Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Though care will be virtually managed, the ideal candidate will be licensed to practice in the states of Minnesota, Florida and/ or Wisconsin. The Nurse Practitioner will work with patients and their families to provide care using a State of the Art Program in Cognitive Healthcare. Candidates should be eager to grow professionally in our fast-paced environment, and should have a passion for improving the lives of our patients.

• Complete examinations of patients.

• Prescribing medicine.
  
• Follow up to ensure the treatment plan is working.
  
• Determine ways to ensure patients have the highest quality of life possible.
  

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in FL, MN, and/or WI.
  
• Ready to start 1/1/2023.
  
• Telehealth Experience.
  
• Experience providing care to the geriatric population.
