Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR TEAM LEADER/TRAINER

We are looking for a Team Leader/Trainer to join our team. This is a dynamic, hybrid role that does not only involve assisting in developing strong relationships with customers and managing a team but also continuing to enhance the processes to be used and followed.


To be a Team Leader/Trainer:
Bachelor s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Accounting, or relevant field or similar
Proven Experience in Australia Loan processing or Team Leader role with minimum 3 5 years experience.
Experience with Training facilitation, developing processes, and creating training materials is an advantage.
Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Zoho CRM, Asana or HubSpot) and familiarity with Brokers CRM Systems.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs and advantage.
Strong conceptual thinking, resourcefulness, diligence, attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
Assist Clients throughout the HR processes of PIP s & Staff Evaluations


Your Responsibilities as a Team Leader/Trainer would be:
Identify and assess the mortgage training needs of the organization.
Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.
Enhance and Develop existing training manuals that target tangible results.
Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training meets business needs and improves performance.
Drive brand values and philosophy though all training and development activities.
Process building and creating process documents/materials
Ensure that customers feel that their needs are being met.
Assist in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the broker experience.
Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
Communicating with clients to understand their training needs.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
If possible assist Account Manager to Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet requirements
Prepare reports on account status (if needed).
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
