Job Description

Scheduling service technicians and facilitating communications between our customers and the Service department s various groups (Sales, Account Management, and Field Operations Management) to maintain commitments to our service support agreement customers. The coordinator is also responsible for ensuring that customer calls for support are responded to and assists in the accounting processes related to parts sales and T&M billings.


Prioritize, manage and schedule technicians monthly, weekly and daily activities

Answer the telephone and e-mails from customers and Service Account Engineers and act as a conduit of communications between the various service department groups

Provide first level response to customers for troubleshooting and call routing

Enter required information into the service database and accounting system to generate service work order tickets

Call customers to confirm upcoming service visits

Assemble required field documentation for service personnel

Process service work order tickets prior to and after service visits

Manage, organize and update data using word processing and spreadsheet applications

Provide support to Accounting with regards to billing service work and administrative support to Service Team as needed

Assist the team leader in keeping productivity and labor utilization high

Performs other duties and general support as directed by supervisor

Adhere to Syserco s Policies and Procedures, HR, Safety Plan and others



Requirements

Must be punctual and work within business hours and scheduled breaks

Excellent verbal/written communication, professional appearance and telephone etiquette

Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to set priorities based on importance of issues while working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities

Ability to work on mid to long-term projects and still react to unanticipated demands for time (customer phone calls, dial-ups, etc.)

Ability to qualify customer complaints and requests

Ability to work independently and unsupervised while ensuring quality, timeliness, and completeness of work performed

Work effectively with all levels of employees and under general supervision

Operation of standard office equipment including utilizing pertinent software applications and working knowledge of mail and general office processes

Moderate physical activity performing essential office and administrative duties. Required to stand, sit and maneuver around office area. May be required to sit and use computer equipment for long periods of time and occasionally lift, push or carry items less than 25 lbs.

AA Degree or Equivalence in combination between work experience and education

Prior administrative experience and/or customer service experience

Experience working in high-paced, dynamic environment

An understanding of HVAC and/or control systems is a plus
