QuickSight Developer

Role Responsibilities:

Experienced ETL and data visualization developer for QuickSight contact center dashboards/reports using CTR, ContactLens and agent events data for various use cases. Must have in-depth knowledge of the AWS services used to develop QuickSight reporting dashboard for Contact Center using Dynamo DB, lambdas, Athena, Glue, Glue Crawlers, Glue Catalog, etc.

Must Have Sklls/Prior Experiences:

1. Data pipeline implementation using S3, Glue, Glue Catalog, Athena for various data sources.
2. Experience with EventBridge, Kinesis Data Firehose
3. Three years of minimum of years of experience in Node.js or Python lambdas
4. Must have experience in data visualization (dashboard or reports) using QuickSight.
5. Experience withTerraform and CloudFormation.
6. Should have ability to drive the project efforts and collaborate with multiple teams within the organization.
7. Should have go getter attitude and curiosity to learn new skills.
8. Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
