- To support the Project Director, Head of Department, or Senior Manager in managing the technical aspects of the projects.
- Perform technical submittal in accordance with the contracts requirements and specifications, and ensure that submittals are made on time.
- Identifying and reporting to the client or oversight consultant any differences in the contracts requirements, drawings, or technical concerns in order to have them resolved.
- When necessary, supervise and manage the technical solution as well as provide construction details, such as design support for construction operations and availability of temporary work details.
- To update on the consultant or contractors submission to the local authority.
- Coordinate submission requirements and procedures with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Take the helm of the supporting team to record design modifications and issue RFIs for job clarification.
Requirements
- Must hold a minimum of bachelors degree in engineering or a closely related subject, ideally mechanical or chemical engineering.
- At least 5 years of working experience in related fields
- The capacity to manage initiatives involving many disciplines.
- Outstanding planning, scheduling, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Backs up and collaborates with coworkers
- Open to fresh concepts and insightful comments
