WHAT YOU LL BE DOING

• Manage the annual and off cycle compensation planning, roll out, and communication
• Utilizes external benchmarking data/systems to perform competitive pay analysis, market pricing, and to conduct pay equity reviews
• Completes salary benchmarking surveys
• Completes benefits and trends surveys, analyzes and reports findings
• Create and maintains salary levels, creates new ones for new countries
• Stays current with market trends and ensures compliance with local country regulations as it relates to compensation
• Supports main stakeholders with compensation recommendations
• Responsible for preparing complex offers and comparative balance sheets recommendations for international mobility cases
• Create materials for our stakeholders and employees related to Rewards
• Perform regular Rewards related reporting and data audits
• Recommend improvements to our policies and practices
• Manage additional tasks as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience of 4 years in the Compensation and Benefits, Total Rewards area, preferably in European scope. Familiarity with Germany is mandatory.
• Experience preparing and reviewing salary bands for different countries
• Experience working with WTW, Korn Ferry, AON, preparing data submission for salary surveys, benefits and others
• You excel in fast paced environments and enjoy looking for the fastest route to get to solutions
• You are proud of your attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• You are able to use Excel, Google Sheets at an advanced level
• You thrive in a multicultural and diverse environment
• You are fluent in English; German would be a plus
