Responsible for building and developing the operation team, establishing and improving the workflow system, organizing the training and assessment evaluation of the operation team.
Coordinate external business cooperation and outreach activities; develop external relations in various areas.
Coordinate the operation between departments and establish effective teamwork mechanisms to complete other project work and team tasks.
Requirements
A good understanding of electronic music culture and the club scene.
At least two years relevant experience in operation management and planning marketing.
Creative, open-minded and highly responsible.
Excellent observation skills and the ability to improvise.
Strong team management experience, strong leadership skills and excellent communication and coordination skills.
[Extra Credit] A Bachelors degree or above in business management, marketing, PR, planning or other related disciplines.
