Job Description
Responsibilities
- Building and configuring Magento 2x eCommerce websites.
- Coding of the Magento templates.
- Design and Develop Magento custom extensions & APIs (including REST and SOAP).
- Developing Magento modules in PHP using best practice
- Install security patches.
- Develop new functionality.
- Implement front-end changes.
- API integration, Payment Gateways, Shipping & troubleshooting.
Skills
- Strong PHP, JavaScript, MYSQL, OOPS and RDBMS concept.
- Advanced knowledge of Magento, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL.
- Experience with complete eCommerce lifecycle development.
- Understanding of modern UI/UX trends.
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, SEO, Google Analytics, PPC, and A/B Testing.
- Strong knowledge of MVC architecture.
- Experience in Development of Magento 2.x sites.
- Strong JavaScript Framework knowledge is a MUST.
- Extensive LESS & CSS Framework knowledge.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of design patterns and coding best practices.
- Strong understanding of Performance Tuning, Browser Compatibility, SEO Practices, and Version Control.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Experience using Git and web-based repositories (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, etc.).
- Familiarity with the SDLC and Scrum Methodologies.
- Magento certification is a PLUS.
