Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for finding excellent talent for our key clients and prospective business. You will be highly instrumental with the companys ongoing effort to attract and assess potential talent and ensure strong relationships with our clients. You will work closely with our Client Manager in actively building and managing talent pipelines for the current and future needs of our clients.
Job Description:
Proactively maintaining an active pipeline of suitable talent for prospective business
Sourcing suitable resources and building talent pools, managing networks, and identifying talent via a variety of external channels (e.g., LinkedIn, SEEK).
Managing Candidate database.
Existing network of IT resources would be highly advantageous.
Conducting phone screening and video conferencing interviews.
Liaising with hiring managers.
Maintaining strong relationships with candidates to maintain retention.
Performing end recruitment duties as per instructed by the account manager.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Minimum of 3-6 years of of substantial experience in Australian Recruitment
Been in a Hunter role previously.
An understanding of Recruitment processes, specifically around Talent Mapping, Sourcing and Engagement.
Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job advertisement boards)
Tech-savvy and strong understanding of digital technologies and applications.
Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Excellent English verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experienced working with Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Google Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Strong attention to details and pleasant telephone manner.
