Job Description

Were working with a forward-thinking and progressive technology solutions company HQ d in Wetherby and Manchester and they re growing!

Their talented team of Technical Consultants provide day to day support for client issues, from 1st line triage through to 2nd and 3rd line resolution and beyond.

They have a brilliant team of engineers and are vendor agnostic, so they support a fascinating range of technology including VMWare, Dell, Checkpoint, Cisco, Linux (Redhat, CentOS etc) and Windows server.

We re helping them find 1st, 2nd and 3rd line IT Support Consultants who share their passion for technology and delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

1st Line

Attitude is definitely more important than experience for the 1st Line role. Of course, you ll need to be genuinely interested in tech and in starting (or kick-starting) your IT career, but as long as you ve got a technical qualification, or some relevant work experience, we want to hear from you.


2nd Line

You ve moved up through the 1st Line ranks and have some solid technical support experience in the bag. You ve also demonstrated that you re serious about your IT career through acquiring industry certifications and accreditations and you re at home with patching, upgrades, hardware installations and some lighter touch project work.


3rd Line

You ve been on the front lines for a while and you ve bought the T-shirt when it comes to technical support. There s not much you ve not seen and you re respected by team mates, as well as Project Engineers alike for your technical skills and experience in transitioning client solutions into live support.
