Job Description
Job Title: Technical Program Manager
Location: Atlanta (Onsite)

Job Responsibilities:
- Contributing ideas to solution/product development initiatives.
- Planning and managing solution/product development stages.
- Collaborating with system engineers and software architects.
- Ensuring that products are delivered on time and within budget; reporting progress to senior managers.
- Overseeing product deployment and integration.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Evaluating key performance metrics and facilitating adjustments.
- Documenting processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Keeping up with advancements in solution/product technologies.
Job Requirements:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, software engineering, technology management, business management, or similar.
- 3-5 years of experience in technical program management, preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain domain.
- Advanced knowledge of the full life-cycle of product development.
- Experience in product development planning and providing leadership.
- Ability to collaborate with IT engineers and report to senior managers.
- Extensive experience in software product engineering, deployment, and integration.
- Ability to evaluate product performance metrics, as well as diagnose and resolve issues.
- Advanced proficiency in programming languages and coding in OOPS and .Net platforms, C#, JavaScripting, SQL and on-demand adhoc libraries/tools.
- Ability to keep up with advancements in the field of technical solution/product development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
