Mt. Shasta Animal Hospital is looking for a small animal veterinarian to join our five-DVM practice. Located at the base of beautiful Mount Shasta, you will find our recently expanded (2016), and free-standing modern facility at the heart of it all!

Does a river day sound more your speed? Whether it is whitewater rafting, casting a line, or sitting on the still banks of the Sacramento River; we have that covered, too!
Our community comes together in a variety of ways including our famed 4th of July, Mt. Shasta Concerts in the Park, Montague Hot Air Balloon Fair, McCloud Mushroom Festival, Lumberjack Fiesta, Mt. Shasta s Blackberry Festival, Dunsmuir Railroad Days, Weed Carnevale, Siskiyou Golden Fair, and our amazing Mt. Shasta Farmer s Market that hosts live music and locally grown food every Monday!
Oh, did we mention we are looking for a vet? If the above listed hasnt sold you, hear us out! We have got some great things at our hospital, too! We have an in-house lab, digital x-ray, ultrasound, dental x-ray, and laser therapy coupled with excellent and experienced support staff to keep your practice plentiful! We are looking for an associate to practice small animal medicine three - four days a week, one of which would be a surgery day. Our hospital is open Monday-Friday 8 am 6 pm and Saturday 9 am 5 pm (no Sundays or holidays, and no emergency on-call).
Requirements
Must be a licensed DVM (or have the ability to become licensed) in the state of California.
