Prior experience in Production Support.(Important)

Well versed with Prime/equity business process and responding to business users and trade-floor support (Very Important)

Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks in high pressure situations., Problem-solving skill, Attention to detail (Important)

Positive attitude, team player with ability to take ownership of a task and work independently towards resolution.

Ability to work in fast-paced production support environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience in handling major incidents, sending business comms, proactiveness and accountability.

Good to Have- Familiarity with ITRS.
