Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Mount Prospect, IL 60056
Duration: 11+ Months ("Possible Extension")
Responsibilities:
- Order Entry.
- Email and enter orders in the customer service inbox.
- Assist customers with orders and inquiries.
- Route calls to proper channels.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 4 plus years of experience.
Required Skills:
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills are required.
