Description:

Promote the mission of organization with a primary guiding principle of patient safety and well-being and building and maintaining a culture that combines the highest standard of integrity with excellence. Provides operational direction, leadership and management to enable the delivery of projects/programs within cost, time and quality requirements of assigned trials. Collaborates with Sponsor/CRO, Healthcare Partners (HCP), Commercial team, Site Operations teams and all cross-functional teams to attain new business and to deliver existing business.

Responsible for achieving overall financial goals (sales/repeat business, revenue and profitability) of each study assigned and to support the achievement of company financial and operational objectives.

Responsible for quality conduct of trials through collaboration with the Operations and Quality teams.

Works with leadership in all functional areas on the continuous development/improvement of business processes to support cross functional teams and to ensure that work is uniform, complete and managed appropriately.

Ensures data entry compliance across all systems utilized for the trial.

Develop/Renew Project Management polices & procedures.

Works closely with Commercial, Feasibility, HCPs and sponsors to develop proposal strategy.

Identifies opportunities to expand organization contributions to trials and expand our patient enrollment across HCPs.
