D365 Program Manager - Fulltime

Required Skills:
5+ years of project management experience in D365
5+ years of project management experience within an agile environment working on transition projects
Familiarity with industry quality standards such as Total Quality Management and Six Sigma
10+ years of Program Management experience in a technology focused organization
5+ years of project management experience in D365 with a history of shaping end to end business programs with articulated mission, performance criteria and stakeholder buy-in
10+ years of professional experience as a technical resource with regular customer or partner interactions preferred
Strong customer and partner focus in designing, creating, executing and operation of scale business programs
Exceptionally strong communication and presentation skills and ability to collaborate with different disciplines
Executive communication and presentation skills focusing on clarity and simplification of messaging
Focus on diversity and inclusiveness to enable creative solutions to problems and to encourage all to feel included
Strong focus on learning and growth mindset and ability to negotiate win-win in complex cross organizational situations
Background in Agile, and/or PMP preferred
