Product Installation Developer- (Redhat Linux Engineer)

Job Description:
- The consultant will be responsible for the installation and connectivity of a new product called One Touch (a tool that catalogue's and scans all systems and networks for sensitive data)
- Needs to be proficient in Redhat Linux and the associated Redhat tools, Ansible and Openshift
- Open source data connectors would be required
- Open source DBA would be bonus

Responsibilities:
- Install, permission and configure a new technology Linux based technology product in accordance with standard operating procedures and company best practices
- Troubleshoot system failures and identify bottlenecks to ensure operating efficiency
- Development activities will take place once installed, the tool will need to be connected to all Databases within the on-prem environment
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing tool and data connectivity
- Strong problem-solving skills required
- Maintain documentation of work performed
- The company has a phased approach to implementing this tool across several environments which will happen sequentially. This will begin with On-prem, then in the cloud (AWS) and lastly off-shore environment.

Requirements:
- Is familiar with the Linux operating system enough to install, configure and establish permissions the new technology product.
- Proficient in Redhat Linux and the associated Redhat tools, Ansible and Openshift
- Experienced with Ansible scripts and playbooks to automate and standup new product in an open shift environment
- Strong development experience with Java Databased Connectivity to connect the tool to all databases
