Quality Assurance Manager

• Systematic and regular testing of the travel customer area on various end devices (mobile, desktop, tablet) and operating systems including apps (Android and iOS)
  
• Management of releases of new features through manual and automated testing of new software versions against product management requirements
  
• Coordination and support of the product management in the test and error evaluation as well as advice on the implementation of new features
  
• Creation and maintenance of test plans and test cases in close cooperation with product management and IT teams
  
• Analysis and logging of found errors as well as creation of test reports and evaluations
  
• Active participation in quality assurance and travel comparison processes, especially by improving and automating the test infrastructure
  
• Continuous identification of improvement opportunities from the users point of view
  

Requirements

• Completed (technical) university studies
  
• Experience in testing web applications or software
  
• Ideally knowledge of test methods and tools for testing web applications
  
• Very high degree of quality awareness and customer orientation
  
• Constantly questioning the status quo, especially with regard to processes and routines
  
• Structured way of working, very good communication skills
  
• Desire for new technologies
  
• Basic knowledge of tourism is a plus
  
• Fluency in spoken and written German
