Job Description
Working for a large, and growing employer based in Blackburn, youll be joining their internal Recruitment Team as a Head Office Recruiter.
This role would really suit a recruiter perhaps from a commercial agency, or someone who has worked as part of an internal recruitment team already but who wants the opportunity to learn and progress. Its a busy and fast paced role and has lots of interaction with people!! So youll enjoy speaking with people and building relationships.
Location: Its an office based role in Blackburn
Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
Benefits: 28,000 per annum plus bonus, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, flexitime, pension plus much more
Overview of the role
- Youll be managing a number of open vacancies across the business, mostly Head Office roles such as Finance, HR, Sales, Customer Services, IT etc
- Building relationships with hiring managers across the business, understanding their requirements and supporting them through the recruitment process
- Actively advertising open vacancies and directly sourcing across job boards, LinkedIn, databases
- Contacting candidates, interviewing and shortlisting
- Maintaining an accurate database
- Reporting on recruitment statistics weekly and monthly
- Working towards internal targets
- Acting as a brand ambassador for the business
Requirements
Ideal candidate experience
- This role would suit an agency recruiter or an in-house recruiter who has experience of volume and/or commercial recruitment experience
- Boolean skills
- Confident and excellent communicator
- Able to work in a fast paced, busy environment
- Working to targets
