Purely Automotive Recruitment proudly offers an exciting role as Service Booking Advisor for our client based in Stoke on Trent. Our client operates a number of premium automotive brands across Staffordshire, Cheshire and Greater Manchester.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated Booking Advisor to join a busy after sales team in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent.

As part of the Aftersales Team, you will provide support and assistance by booking customer vehicles in for service and MOT s. This will be telephone lead through both inbound and outbound telephone activities. Another part of the role will be to communicate suitable aftercare products or services to customers.

You will have the responsibility to meet both the franchise and company standards in a service department booking environment.

Your duties will include:

Responding positively to customer telephone enquiries relating to service and repairs

Proactively contacting existing customers to discuss and book their service and MOT

Establishing customers drop off and collection requirements or arranging alternative transport where necessary

Ensuring service bookings and appointments are managed efficiently and meet set manufacturer criteria

Upsell additional products to customers, such as seasonal products and extras
