Job Description
- Key Qualifications
- Technical support experience with Apple products and services
- Preliminary knowledge in support live and virtual events, broadcast, web-ex etc.
- English-language oral and written communications skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Desire and ability to work as part of a team; and, be able to deliver constructive feedback
- Self-motivating with the ability to work independently and with little supervision
- Stay abreast of advances in technology
- Technical support experience with Apple products and services
Description
- Manage the team s incidents queue and action all incidents within the given SLA
- Provideon-site executivesupport for site leadership
- Support on-site and virtual events hosted in region - support the setup and preparation towards the event.
- Work as part of an EMEIA team that actions incidents remotely at all Apple sites across the region
- Support IS&T site services such as printing, digital signage, conferencing booking systems and more
