Specialist Quality Complaints

Specialist Quality Complaints should be detail oriented, have a science background with experience in Quality. The candidate will be a critical thinker with the ability to multi-task with limited direct supervision. Previous experience with managing investigation is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the product complaint systems.
  
• Leading and managing product complaint investigations.
  
• Performing data analysis and trending of complaint information to proactively detect signals and take appropriate actions in a timely manner.
  

Requirements

• Doctorate degree or master s degree and 3 years of directly related experience to the job or Bachelors degree and 5 years of directly related experience to the job or Associate s degree and 10 years of directly related experience.
  Background with some in experience in Quality and preferred to have previous complaint handling experience
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
