Requirements
- Multiple years of hands-on experience as a scrum master in a corporate/international environment.
- Having an agile mindset of its own (knows the difference between doing Agile and being agile).
- Supporting the Product Owner and Development Team to deliver value.
- Guiding and Coaching the Scrum Team and the organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.
- Guiding and Coaching the Scrum Team on how to get the most out of self-organization.
- Helping to refine and groom the Product Backlog with the Product Owner.
- Assessing the agile maturity of the team and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
- Removing impediments.
- Building a safe environment to stimulate innovation and continuous improvement.
- Manage stakeholders outside the team.
Skills & Requirements
- At least one Scrum Master certification. (PSM I, CSM, PSM II, CSP or CTC).
- Experienced in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
- Experienced with multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc).
- Knowledge of XP, Kanban, Nexus, LeSS, SAFe, DevOps etc.
- Software development background is an advantage.
