Help Desk Service Specialist- Onsite Role

Skills required:

3 Years experience- Build & install PC's, systems, wireless network & peripheral devices(such as printers,scanners) related to desktop infrastructure, in acc. w/standards
3 Years experience- Ability to configure, troubleshoot and test Android Phone across network
3 Years experience- Accurately record, update and document requests using the IT service desk system
3 Years experience- Install and configure new IT equipment
3 Years experience- Resolve incidents and upgrade different types of software and hardware.
3 Years experience- Resolve incidents with printers, copiers and scanners
3 Years experience- Work with DellHP phone support to order parts and/or service
3 Years experience- Deals with IT Professionals and End user Clients
3 Years experience- Works well independently or with a team
3 Years experience- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows10 environments.
3 Years experience- Excellent IT skills and computer literacy.
3 Years experience- Excellent organizational skills
3 Years experience- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people in a professional manner,face to face, on the telephone and in writing.
3 Years experience- experience of IT support working in an IT support role.
Previous experience within a customer service role.
