Finance Manager (f/m/x)

Our Finance Team at Expertlead is looking for a motivated colleague to join and to further drive Expertlead's success. You will be part of a young and dynamic team and have the chance to further shape our finance processes.

Your Mission

• Bring in your own ideas and drive the improvement of our financial processes
• Take the ownership for risk, receivables and payables management as well as for invoicing
• Be responsible for the cash flow reporting, Sales to Cash cycle and our transaction database
• Play a crucial part in our investor reporting
• Resolve ad hoc requests from top management quickly and in high quality

Your Skill-Set

• A curious mindset and willingness to learn and improve
• A successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree
• You have a finance background, ideally you have already gained some work experience in the finance sector
• You show great commitment, curiosity and attention to detail while taking full ownership of your responsibilities
• Ability to work independently and think in terms of numbers
• Business fluent German and English skills (other languages are advantageous)
• Great Excel and GSheet skills, experience with other tools like Domonda, Spendesk and Trello is a plus
• Having worked in a consultancy company or a corporate is a benefit
