Principal Identity Engineer- Okta/SailPoint (HYBRID)

Overview

We are expanding our Digital Workplace Technologies team in the San Francisco Bay area. This role will be responsible for the success of implementing collaboration tools that enhance employee productivity. Including the broad and deep technical experience in all capabilities and functionalities of the Okta platform.

Responsibilities:

• Take overall accountability for the health of the company's Okta Corporate Identity Access platform, with an eye toward stability, security, platform governance, and information availability
• Install, Upgrade, Customize and manage various Identity Management solutions like Okta, SailPoint etc.
• Brainstorm with customers and partners to seamlessly integrate SaaS services into our identity ecosystem, build and drive a strategic roadmap for continuous improvement and feature enhancements
• Translate business requirements to solution design, develop design options & recommendations, review design, and manage issues and risks.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years strong identity management experience with at least 3 years in implementing, managing, and supporting Okta Enterprise identity Strong technical expertise with business awareness.
• 7+ years of industry experience in design, development, customization, configuration, and deployment of any Identity Management and Governance products.
• 3+ years of experience designing solutions in a cloud platform environment.
• Experience consolidating and moving/merging SaaS tenants/users in Okta from M&A activities.
