As a Software Engineer at Raisin Bank, you will use your skills in cloud service architecture and API integration to create "Bank as a Service" products that delight our B2B FinTech customers. We are looking for a Software Engineer for our location in Frankfurt am Main.

As an employee at Raisin Bank, you use your skills in the field of cloud service architecture and API integration to create Bank as a Service products that inspire our customers in the B2B FinTech sector.

With the Europe-wide renowned marketplace for investment products WeltSparen by Raisin as a customer and supported by our Frankfurt team of experts in banking, FinTech and IT product management, you implement our product strategy with us, at the heart of which beats a modern core banking system.

Your Responsibilities

• You develop our internal and external serverless services (e.g. RESTful API) and optimize the automation of our IT processes.
• You and your team accompany the delivered products in all phases of life.
• You support the entire development process, including CI / CD, automated tests, monitoring and alerting.
• Together with the product owner and other software engineers, you will continuously develop our services in agile development cycles.
• In the sprint review, you and your team present the sprint increment you have developed to your internal and external customers. In retrospect you will discuss and experiment with new approaches to make your sprints even more successful.
• In direct cooperation with our CTO, you will support the continuous improvement of our development, documentation and quality assurance processes.
• With the help of state of the art tools from AWS, you will help us to make the service performance measurable and monitorable.

Your Profile

• You have had at least two years of professional experience in software engineering.
• You have experience working with agile software development teams.
• You are well versed in using TypeScript and Node.js.
• You are familiar with serverless AWS services such as API Gateway Lambda, DynamoDB and S3.
• You speak German business fluently and English fluently.
