2. Managed large programs and able to orchestrate multiple teams to manage dependencies and guide them in right direction
3. Good articulation / communication skill so that they can represent the program status in leadership meetings with Directors and Sr Managers and Business stake holders
4. Experience with Agile methodology, experience in PI Planning , Sprint planning , Release planning with tools experience like JIRA & Confluence
