Recruiter Team Lead

Our company is a Recruitment agency located in Barcelona.We started this adventure in 2006 as a recruitment agency specialized in international profiles. We keep on working in order to offer the best solutions in recruitment and talent development.

Tasks

As a Recruitment Team Lead, your main responsibilities will be:

• You will be managing the recruitment team ( daily and weekly meetings, monitoring processes of recruitment consultants, KPI tracking and analysing performance, ...).
• Taking part in the decision process of the department.
• You will be responsible for resources and activities allocation considering workload and results.
• Recruitment coordination of large scale projects.
• Training and coaching of new employees.
• You will be responsible for client satisfaction and follow up
• You will work with the marketing team to attract the best candidates joining job fairs, school fairs, events...

Requirements

You are the person we are looking for if:

• You have experience managing teams.
• You have an advanced level of English and Spanish. Other languages are an additional asset.
• You have a university education preferably in Economics, Labor Relations or similar.
• You are client and results oriented, with communication skills, enthusiastic, proactive and with critical capacity.
• You want to develop your career and keep growing with us
