Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Partner to support and produce product strategy ideation sessions
- Assist leaders in taking blue sky concepts and turning them into strategy, research regarding opportunity size, competitive benchmarking, and potential partners
- Inspire the team and the business through a deep passion for technology and great Guest experiences
- Become the subject matter expert for your area of focus; provide regular communication and reporting on the performance of your products to the rest of the business
- Gather, document, and formalize business requirements for projects and features
- Produce deliverables (internal presentations, roadmaps, project plans etc.) with a view toward promoting informed decision-making
- Assist Production and Development teams in translating the digital vision into features that deliver on both business and digital goals
- Proactively seek opportunities for internal improvements; help teams review offerings to Guests and determine what changes could be made
- Support strategic direction for products and creative experiences that bring joy to our Guests, through compelling digital and physical interactions and take advantage of prevalent mobile technologies
- Work with teams to implement new business initiatives and drive long-term planning
Basic Qualifications:
- Clear and driven communication that will produce end results.
- 3+ years of product experience in Agile environments
- Experience with: JIRA, Confluence, Tridion, Adobe, Angular
- Eye for detail and ability to differentiate between a good user experience and a great one
- Strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, prioritization, and the ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment
- Passion for technology and eagerness to understand the strategic and technical possibilities for the future of products
- Demonstrated experience launching successful end-to-end customer experiences.
- Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to communicate and influence decision making with all levels in the organization (business, executive, technical)
Required Education:
- Bachelor's Degree
Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
