Mandatory:
Consultant must meet all the requirements below to be considered for the Senior Quality Assurance Analyst position:
Minimum of 9 years of QA Analyst experience with at least 3 years of recent experience as a Senior QA Analyst testing workflow processing, evaluating business rules, data quality, internet applications with expertise in Agile, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies. The candidate must have a certain level of business acumen coupled with technical knowledge.
Experience in preparing effort estimations and conduct all aspects of testing; STLC, functional, regression, access privileges and System performance and certify the release of workflows into UAT.
Experience defining project scope and technical specifications, set clear goals and expectations, prioritize activities, facilitate the collection of technical, operational or business requirements, set milestones and follow through to successful completion.
Experience in multi-tasking multiple priorities
Experience presenting projects to upper management and the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Preferred:
Experience testing complex enterprise applications involving Legacy systems
Experience with Workflow systems, preferably with IBM Filenet
Experience in Public Pension Systems.
Experience working in major multi-year projects
Technical Ability (50% of Technical Score)
Mandatory:
Ability to simulate and execute integrated and isolated tests to analyze results, leveraging CRUD operations on large volumes of raw data using SQL.
Test Scripting skills for automated tools like QTP, Selenium, Test Complete etc.
Ability to use MS-Office specifically Microsoft Word, Project, Excel, Visio & PowerPoint.
JIRA, Zephyr or similar test Management tools
Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with people regardless of their technical skill set.
Excellent interpersonal skills including negotiation, problem resolution and customer service.
Strong documentation skills in software defects or program functions and tracking resolutions.
Preferred:
Knowledge of VBScript, Java or JavaScript
Knowledge of working with CRM systems like Salesforce, MS Dynamics
Knowledge with Load Test and Performance Tools like Load Runner, JMeter
Knowledge of Mobile Testing tools like Appium, Test Grid
Certification as Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP) or Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA), or Certified Associate in Software Quality (CASQ) or ISTQB certified as CTFL (Foundation Level) or CTAL (Advanced Level) or CTEL (Expert Level).
