Requirements: Experience producing PBI reports (5+ years);
Experience managing significant IT projects using the Project Management Institutes' current Project Management Body of Knowledge (2+ years, preferred);
Project management experience;
Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Power BI;
Experience developing and maintaining Power BI reports using SQL and/or SharePoint data;
Experience with telecommuting within a team environment;
Business analysis and process improvement experience (preferred);
Experience with Microsoft Project Online/PWA (preferred);
Experience with methods and best practices, such as those defined by the Object Management Group Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN);
Florida Medicaid experience (preferred);
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics, Architecture, Engineering, or related field. Or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Design, implement, evaluate reporting on project data residing in Project Online/PWA and/or SharePoint and document related processes for the Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO);
Compile and create reports on metrics relating to IT project success, project attributes, and individual productivity and adherence to defined processes;
Serve as a resource to project managers and project leaders to educate and assist with the implementation, improvement and changes to project management processes
Provide administrative support to project managers and project leaders;
Ensure project control systems are in place and integrates project data for decision makers;
Administer, maintain, and provide training on project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Project Online/PWA);
Organize and publish project and reporting related documentation in various formats.
