Title : Technology Lead / Technical Project Manager

JD :

• 10+ Years of overall experience in IT and software industry
• 4+ Years of experience in design, development, and technical leadership role (preferably Java/Spring boot)
• Experience managing and overseeing multiple on-going initiatives simultaneously
• Must be able to effectively collaborate, communicate with client stakeholders i.e. Delivery managers, Product managers, Client Sr. Leadership
• Act as a client SPOC for all the software delivery issues, escalations and project challenges and must be able to address them to the client satisfaction level
• Must be able to monitor and track progress of all the areas of software product development i.e. Development, QA, Support, UI/UX, Infrastructure, Devops etc.
• Should display efficient work style with attention to detail, organization, and strong sense of urgency
• Provide leadership and direction for the technical delivery of project objectives and changes to meet business requirements
• Drive an innovative culture and help develop talent within the team
• Should have diverse experience in Agile based methodologies, processes, and best practices
• Should have experience in detailed code reviews and must be aware of best coding styles/practices
• Participate in design reviews and provide input to the design recommendations
• Must possess experience in management of large scale, distributed software applications in Java, J2EE, Spring boot, RDBMS
• Experience working with large data processing systems will be preferred
• Must be aware of information security, authentication, and authorization best practices
• Must have experience on Project planning, effort estimations, timeline management, User story/task management using Agile methodology.
• Should have strong understanding of software design patterns, design principles, cloud based scalable web applications.
• Should be able to contribute not only with people management but should have deep technical understanding of all modules of the software product

Technical Skills needed:

Must:

• Java, Spring boot, SQL knowledge in any RDBMS
• Azure DevOps knowledge
• REST API

Azure data bricks, Data factory, Azure Kubernetes service, Power BI, Terraform, Azure CI/CD, Python programming, Apache Spark, Angular"
