The Role

We are looking to recruit a receptionist to join our growing Reception Team. This role is a part-time position (Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 08:45 17:15, 22.5 hrs per week) and consideration will be given to individuals who have previous receptionist experience. As the first point of contact for both existing and new clients, the successful candidate will support fee earners by assisting with the day-to-day reception duties. Duties include dealing with calls in a professional friendly manner, taking accurate and detailed messages, and attending to clients in the office whilst maintaining confidentiality.

Key aspects of the role include:

Some previous receptionist experience is essential

Excellent client service skills required

Strong communication skills both verbal and written

Experience using Microsoft and Outlook

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an ability to prioritise, cope under pressure and work to strict deadlines. Good communication and IT skills are essential as is managing expectations across a wide range of competing needs. Attention to detail, a good work ethic and a willingness to cover a variety of tasks.
