Job Description

About this role

In this role, you will join a fast and efficiently growing company (revenue-funded, growing 2X per year) and you are the first person in the company who is fully dedicated to shaping the sales organisation. You will work closely with the CEO and be supported by marketing and our pre-sales engine to drive more traction. It is your responsibility to shape the strategy, processes and execution to grow the numbers and achieve your goals.

In addition, you will also support our clients as a sales coach and work with startup executives to help them shape their sales strategies.

If you do well, you will be offered the VP position and join the team as an early core member, which is also reflected in the share package.

RealGrowthHacking is a startup coaching platform founded in 2021 and built by former startup veterans to bring the latest growth tactics and strategies to the startup world. The company helps startups scale successfully by installing proven marketing, sales, product, and strategy systems necessary for efficient growth. This is done through a combination of an eLearning platform, tools & frameworks, and hands-on coaching.

Tasks

  • Take ownership of our sales engine and actively sell our offerings to clients
  • Shape our sales engine by further professionalising our sales process and sales pipeline to improve sales cycle time and conversion rates
  • Shape the sales strategy and lay the needed foundation to further scale the sales organisation
  • Be the lead coach for any sales-related questions of our clients and help startup leaders to be successful in their sales efforts
  • Build the needed templates and content to streamline this support
  • Actively work together with the entire acquisition team to reach our numbers

Requirements

  • Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in a well-respected tech-sales
    company
  • Experience with managing people
  • Rock solid theoretical knowledge of sales tactics and frameworks combined with experience from practical application
  • Understanding of the greater concepts of marketing and how an efficient acquisition engine works (we do not want a sales-only person...)
  • Sales-Hunter mentality that is also a team player
  • Patience, interest, and natural pleasure in coaching and developing people
  • Professional English, German is a plus
  • Big plus: Understanding of and experience in Growth Hacking
