Talentspace is Handshake's platform for recruiting events and the first product we offer on the European market. Founded in 2017 as a startup in Berlin, we joined Handshake in 2022. We continue to operate autonomously as a startup while driving Handshake's expansion into Europe.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will:
- Work closely with our Founders and the team to build a world-class software
- Lead strategic design initiatives, helping us find consistent solutions to intricate problems
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to make sure we have an in-depth level of alignment and execution across disciplines
- Drive discovery efforts around complex topics, helping us to break down larger problems into more manageable ones
- Help us extend our Design System and raise the quality bar of our interfaces across the entire product
Requirements
- You have at least 3+ years of experience working as a product or UX/UI designer
- You hold a degree in a Design field or can show demonstratable work experience
- You have a portfolio that demonstrates your experience in human-centered, visual design and interaction design
- You have experience designing web-based applications and an advanced understanding of information architecture, ideally in a SaaS environment
- You have previous experience working with a diverse range of UX design methodologies and know what works in the real world
- You are business-fluent in written and spoken English
- You work in European time zones (preferably based in Berlin)
