Thanks to our novel data platform Permea, we can use our Temedica ecosystem to empower stakeholders in the healthcare system, such as patients, Life Sciences companies, and physicians, giving them access to previously unknown health-related insights. These insights help patients to manage their disease, physicians to better manage their patients' therapy and Life Science or Pharma companies to develop and commercialize therapies.

As Partnership Manager (f/m/x) you will shape Temedica s partnership strategy, help Temedica and our partners solve sophisticated problems and drive mutual success. You will be the driving force in identifying ideal partners for our data-driven ecosystem, including researchers, healthcare providers, health insurances, and other players in the healthcare industry. In close collaboration with our Principal Strategy and cross-functional teams you will structure, acquire, and actively manage strategic partners in this ever-evolving environment.

Your Role with us

• You are responsible for the end-to-end process of identifying new strategic partners through to managing our ongoing relationships with them.
• You will play a key role in conceptualizing a full partnership program. Your input will be needed to identify Ideal Partner Profiles (IPPs), partner segments, partner enablement and useful tooling.
• Besides the identification of new partners, also the definition of winning collaboration opportunities for both parties will be in your hands.
• You will be in charge of all the necessary preparations for conversations with potential partners, which consists of mapping out collaboration suggestions, required team member participants, collaterals and the like.

What you bring to the table

• You are a self-starter and highly motivated to take ownership. For your team s success, you are willing to go the extra mile and to independently take on tasks.
• You are comfortable with navigating ambiguous and fast-changing priorities that are inherent to a fast-growing tech startup. Although not a must, 1-2 years of experience in working in a startup would be a huge plus.
• Analyzing, prioritizing, planning and executing complex projects is your passion and like music to your ears.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English is essential and not a problem at all for you.
