"Business Analyst "

Required Qualifications:

Manage ongoing relationship with business and technology partners through effective communication, coordinating of efforts, resolving issues, and answering questions

Prior experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

College Degree in related field of study or equivalent experience

Ability to clearly articulate and develop business requirements

Experience creating functional designs from the business requirements (including use cases, screen mock-ups, prototypes)

At least 2 years of experience using data query tools for analysis against Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, and Hadoop sources

At least 2 years of experience using Microsoft Excel

Ability to work independently or as part of a team under general supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

Banking experience is a plus

Experience collaborating with business partners, architects, developers, vendors and consultants

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Knowledge of big data platforms

Champions innovation from conception to implementation
