Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 4 years of overall work experience in Utilities Field Service management Area.

Experience working in FSM products like ClickSoftware, Salesforce Field Service, Oracle Field Service Cloud, MS Dynamics FSM, KloudGin etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

Around 4+ years of overall work experience in Utilities Field Service management Area.

Experience working in FSM products like ClickSoftware, Salesforce Field Service, Oracle Field Service Cloud, MS Dynamics FSM, KloudGin etc.

Should have good knowledge of the Field Force Management / Workforce Management domain along with Experience working with any cloud solution.

Should have good knowledge on QA processes in Utilities FSM implementation.

Should independently interact with Business stakeholders to define the User requirements and map the requirements to the Product suite.

Proven experience in Requirement Gathering, Solutioning and hands on Configurations.

Knowledge on any other FSM products is an added advantage.

Any FSM product certifications is preferable.

Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
