Hi All,
Job Title: AWS Solutions Architect
Location: 100% remote EST or CST
Contract Length: 6+ month C2H ( We need candidates that does not require sponsorship now or in future)
Top requirements:
- AWS solutions Architect certification
- AWS Connect 3+ years- migration experience
- Contact center transformation / conversion/ implementation experience
- Large scale project experience using Agile methodology- call center handles 30k calls / wk.
Nice to haves:
- IT experience within managed are environment
- Call center experience
- 3+ years of relevant design and architecture experience
Position Summary:
This role the architect will be moving the current call center platform from Avaya on Prem to AWS Cloud.
Review and understand technical requests, collaborate with teammates to design, develop and implement technical solutions to requests using company and industry standards, provide technical leadership. These requests a part of a large-scale consolidation of plans to a single, standard IVR and Call Center technology platform to Amazon Connect, OMNI and Calabrio.
Describe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team: Strong engagement and communication with teammates in a fast-paced environment, rapid delivery of sustainable architecture artifacts, meaningful input and contribution.
