Technical Skills
- OS Deployment and Windows Administration (Server Core, Server Desktop)
- Strong AD knowledge (Single Box, Cross-Forest, Parent-Child set up with multiple Exchange Server topologies)
- Strong Exchange Deployment knowledge
- Strong Exchange Administrator Configuration (DAG, Muti-Boxes, Co-Exist, ADFS, WAP reverse Proxy, Delegate and Edge set up)
- Strong Azure Administration / config skills (Deploy Topologies with Azure VMs)
- TDS Deployment
- Strong Hybrid and Cloud Management Skills (Hybrid Modern Auth, Exchange Hybrid HCW)
- Strong Infrastructure Management for Exchange Topologies and OS Servers
- Networking, and IIS knowledge
- Experience with User Migrations
- Hardware knowledge for perf validation
