Job Description

Title: Middleware Developer

Location: Santa Clara, CA ( Remote)

Client: TCS / Silicon Valley Bank

Duration: 12+

Job Description:

Highly proficient with Java (8-11) and modern enterprise frameworks e.g. Spring / Spring Boot ,node.js

Proficient with TDD/BDD, SQL/NoSQL databases and REST/SOAP web services.

Experience or an interest in Micro services / DevOps environments (Docker, Kubernetes)

Experience or an interest in cloud platforms such as AWS

In depth knowledge of Nodes, express, Jest, Mocha

Understanding of core AWS services and AWS architecture best practices

Understanding of AWS shared responsibility model

Proficient in AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, Dynamo DB, IAM, Code Deploy, ECS Far gate, Route53, VPC and networking is a must

Understanding of Observability and Monitoring and ability to establish observability metrics using Cloud Watch alarms, AWS X-Rays, Lambda Insights, Container Insights and AWS Backups.

Understanding of AWS IAM roles and concepts and principle of least permission.

Hand-on on Gitlab, CICD pipeline to deploy on AWS

Expertise on Hashicorp Terraform to eb able to write infrastructure as code

Proficiency in writing Restful APIs.

A can-do, problem-solving attitude & work well as part of a team

Experience mentoring developers.
