Role: Desktop Support
Location: Remington, IN 47977/Kutztown, PA 19530 (Onsite Only)
Experience: Desktop support, laptop support role 5+ years exp will be ideal
Must-Have:
Strong Verbal communication and Technical documentation Skills Basic understanding of Warehouse/Logistics processes, such as receiving, selection/picking, consolidation and shipping. Experience in Install, Configure and Maintain Warehouse End Users PC and Laptops Troubleshooting Knowledge in MAC, iPad Devices Experience in Handling RF equipment (Zebra, Honeywell, etc.), printers, and related peripheral devices Experience in Providing first and second tier support for technical matters within the Distribution Center and across the Enterprise while managing third tier support escalations as needed. Experience in planning for the installation and implementation of new systems, services, applications, and processes. Experience in Windows 10 Migration Projects Experience in handling multiple with internal support teams and application vendors. Experience in Performing preventative maintenance activity Experience in troubleshoot problems across multiple systems providing supporting evidence of root cause and recommended remediation. Experience working with 3rd party vendors for onsite and offsite equipment repairs, quality control of work performed, and coordination of outage windows between multiple internal and external stakeholders. Hands-on experience and technical aptitude managing and maintaining full Windows environments. Good-to-Have:
- Experience in Install, Configure and Maintain Warehouse End Users MAC computers & iPad
- Experience supporting all aspects of warehouse / supply chain systems, including Warehouse Management Systems (High Jump/HighJump1) and Warehouse Control Systems (Fortna, Tompkins Control Systems, and WSI).
- Knowledge in Data Center Activities and Network Devices troubleshooting
- Microsoft Certification: MCP, MCDST, MCTS, A+
