Job Description

Strong Java developer with 8+ years of experience in Java suite working in Azure cloud platform. Should have the following skills
Should have 8+ years of experience in developing Java Enterprise and web application using Java/J2EE technologies on cloud platforms.
Must be experienced in Azure cloud Platform and Services
Strong proficiency in building web services using Rest technologies
Experienced working with modern CI/CD pipeline
3-4 years of cloud native development in Azure: should include some of the following technologies: Kubernetes, docker, Spring Cloud, Kafka
Experience working in Python and Java script is a big plus
Experience in financial services developing solutions for Portfolio Management, Trading, Compliance, Post-Trade, IBOR or Wealth Management is strongly desired
Strong experience with Azure data ecosystem, all the services, tools, related to data ingestion, data governance, data security
Must have good understanding of Azure Data Lakes and hands-on experience in implementing best practices in data storage, loading, retrieving data from data lakes.
Data Processing & Transformation using Azure Data Bricks (Python or Scala), HDInsight, Azure Functions
Data Staging & Storage using Azure Data Lake Store, Cosmos DB
Data Ingestion using Kafka, Event Hub
Data Orchestration using Azure Data Factory
Experience with data profiling, cleaning, joining, transforming, aggregating, and filtering large and varied data sets
Familiar with designing and implementation of Apache Spark applications
