On the behalf of our client, a lead Game Tech company, we are searching for an Office Coordinator.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
You will be responsible for onboarding our new employees, and be in charge of benefits administration, events coordination, vendor relationships and the overall Health & Safety policies.
Tasks
- Responsible for all reception duties, providing company information and directing calls;
- Involved in the development and implementation of corporate events and conferences;
- Support colleagues with travel and accommodation arrangements;
- Assist colleagues with courier and post arrangements;
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems;
- Support teams with various administrative tasks (preparing letters, presentations and reports etc.);
- Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems;
- Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.);
- Organize induction programs for new employees.;
- Assist with vendor relationship management;
- Health and Safety - ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date;

Requirements
- Fluency in English, both written & spoken
- Based in Lisbon, Portugal
- Valid work permit in Portugal
- High school or university diploma
- Service and people-oriented
- 2-4 years of relevant experience working in administration roles
- PC literate - good knowledge of Office
- Excellent communicational and organizational skills
- Multitasking & able to coordinate different members
- Great attention to detail
- Can-do attitude and ability to get things done.
